Member Guest Handicap Validation

FYI - many options (0-3, 5-8) are locked and only system admin (Mike) can run them due to the consequences for when these are run.

The keys are the three review screens.. the primary being "Display MT Handicap List (Unverified First)". The review screen shows the teams and next to both the Member and Guest's name is a "Check" column that shows the whether that player has been "verified" or not.

Member Verification: Click the Optional: Validate GHIN Score Counts function and give it a minute to run. It will check the complete list of members, identifying members with less than 6 posted scores in the current calendar year, or members that must be checked manually. It will set the Validated flag to N for those members every time it is run.

To verify a player/team: Click on the team edit icon (small pencil next to team number).

Valid GHIN Number: If the player has a valid GHIN number, click the "Check GHIN" link and it will pop-up the small (mobile) GHIN screen for that player showing their current handicap, and if you expand the "Most Recent Scores" section you can quickly determine if they've played 6 rounds in 2015. If it looks good (player and club names match), copy the index value into the edit popup, click the verified button.. click save. After saving, if you refresh the list page it will move that team to the verified area (alphabetical by status).
Other Service Number: If the player has a number for a different service (e.g. The Grint, USHandicap), you may need to do a quick google search to find that specific validation screen. You then cut/paste in the guest's number and look at the results. If it looks good, update the handicap, click on verified, AND (optional) cut/paste the verification link into the comment field so it'll be easy to re-update the value after the revision date.
No Number: You'll need to contact the player's club pro (phone number should in comment field).. or the Member (contact info back on team list screen, click on small icon next to members last name to show their phone and email.

Team changes: If you have to change the guest.. go back to the tournament entry and modify that. The MT screens will NOT automatically pick that up.. after making that change, you'll need to ping Mike P (I'll delete the team from the MT piece and then it will re-add them to the list).

On Revision Date: After the revision date, we can automatically update all the Members handicaps. However, we'll need to update the guests manually. It will only take 10 minutes to do all the guests with GHIN numbers and internet links.. if we need to re-do calling the club pros for the others, that'll take a little more time.
